OUR SERVICES

In our factory, we manufacture Recuperator Economizer, Pump Expansion System, Stainless Steel Tube Heat Exchanger, Stainless Steel Collector, Tank Manufacturing, Automatic Installation Filling Units, Ekopanel Products, Stainless Steel Non-clogging Filter, Gas and Air Butterfly Valve.

All parts of the ECOTRANS economizers that come into contact with combustion gases or condensation water are AISI 316 L and AISI 304 quality chrome nickel molybdenum steel and are produced from high quality materials, and have the best corrosion resistance possible even in acidic environments. It is made of MIX-lined, guided stainless steel pipe – profile - channel pıpe - channel profıle sequences, where combustion gas temperatures are reduced and water vapors condense. The chimney gas connections ECOTRANS connections are stainless steel and the smoke box pot is stainless steel, preventing corrosion of condensation liquids.

High performance insulation is made with a stone wool in the range of 50-100 mm, with its outer covers with electrostatic painted sheet covers and a stylish esthetic look. ECOTRANS has easy-to-open cleaning doors for easy cleaning.

ECOTRANS operating pressure is produced up to 12 bar. ECOTRANS over 12 bar have a reproducible design and work structure for special work and special projects. The chimney gas connections can be provided with inlet and outlet connections from above or on the sides, in accordance with specific requests.

ECOTRANS has separate designs for dual fuel boilers, and provides by-rust connection to the chimney gas line to prevent blockages and metarial wear in fuel use of fuel oil. By-pas has the ability to do it in itself without disrupting its stylish design. By-pas is fitted with manual lever flaps and automatic control is provided by 0-90 degree Damper motors if desired.

Smoke gases produced for export from a boiler to a chimney are usually 40°C to 80°C higher than the boiler operating regime temperature. As the boiler operating temperature and consequently the boiler smoke gas outlet temperature increase, the amount of energy that is thrown into the environment through smoke gases increases. The recovery of some of this waste heat thrown out of the chimney will save fuel by increasing the boiler or system efficiency.

Economizers are used to recover heat from boilers in heat, steam or power generation facilities by transferring some of the heat from smoke gases to the chimney to the water that sirens them. This recovered heat can be given to boiler feeding water, heating, bath, washing, etc. it can also be given water to be used for purposes.

Air heaters are used when the heat to be restored is transferred to air or a gas. The boiler smoke gas outlet temperature will be a certain size depending on the operating regime of the accident, the internal efficiency of the accident, the boiler-burner compatibility and the fuel type. If the Economizer is the gas outlet temperature, the operating conditions for the type of fuel used and the fluid to which the heat is transferred are determined. The magnitude of the heat that can be restored in an economy depends on the boiler smoke gas outlet temperature, as well as the temperature of the smoke gas from the economy. The greater the difference in temperature and temperature of smoke gases entering and exiting the economy, the greater the heat recovered, and the greater the efficiency. However, it should be taken into account that the temperature of the waste gases cannot be reduced below a certain degree to prevent condensation of acid gases that may cause corrosion. In an economy, 140°C in boilers with natural gas and similar gas, diesel, Fuel oil and charcoal fuel boilers are economically benefitted from smoke gas temperatures of 220°C and greater. The minimum level of the chimney gas temperature that can be reached in a smoke gas heat recovery system depends on the type of fuel used.

The Economizer gas outlet temperature can be reduced to 180 ° C in fuel-fueled boilers, 150 ° C in diesel-fueled boilers, up to 50 ° C in natural gas and LPG-fueled boilers. The benefits of using an economizer in heat, steam or power generation facilities are:

Depending on the boiler smoke gas outlet temperature and fuel type, a gain of between 3% and 25% in boiler or plant efficiency is achieved. Depending on the increase in efficiency provided, more heat production is carried out to allow less fuel to be used for the same capacity or to use the same amount of fuel. If the earned heat is supplied to the boiler supply water, the accident will operate without difficulty even at maximum loads, better adaptation to different loads and a relatively high and stable boiler efficiency at different loads. with the addition of an economizer to the boiler, which is more efficient than or in its structure, the boiler capacity and efficiency can be increased to optimum levels.

Economizer applications are very diverse. The important thing is that the recovered beam from the system is used for the duration of the system operation.
